The James Bartleman Archives and Library Materials Centre brought together the City of Ottawa Archives and the Ottawa Public Library together in this 92,000 sq ft building. It is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certified location.

A brand new 3-storey Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) project. A major part of this project was ensuring all trades at all times produced what was required to meet LEED certification.
A key specification for this project was to ensure that the works of art and history were preserved by maintaining strict low temperature control inside the huge vaults.
